* IDBI બેંકનો કિસ્સો: જ્યારે LIC એ ખોટમાં ચાલતી IDBI બેંકનો હિસ્સો ખરીદ્યો, ત્યારે પણ મીડિયા અને વિપક્ષોએ ભારે હોબાળો મચાવ્યો હતો કે આ ખોટો નિર્ણય છે. આજે એ જ IDBI બેંક જોરદાર નફામાં આવી ગઈ છે, તેના શેરના ભાવ આસમાને છે અને સરકાર તથા LIC હવે તેમાં પોતાનો હિસ્સો ઊંચા ભાવે વેચીને (Strategic Sale) હજારો કરોડનો નફો મેળવવાની તૈયારીમાં છે. ### ૩. LIC શેરબજારની 'કિંગ' છે, નાનો ખેલાડી નથી શેરબજારમાં રોકાણ લાંબા ગાળાનું (Long Term) હોય છે. બજારમાં ક્યારેક કોઈ એકાદ કંપનીમાં નુકસાન થાય, તો સામે બીજી દસ કંપનીઓ બમણો નફો કરી આપતી હોય છે.
