Another key aspect is position sizing. Never invest an amount that makes you uncomfortable. When your position size is appropriate for your capital, your emotions remain under control, and you can stick to your trading plan.
Once you develop conviction through proper techno-funda analysis and combine it with disciplined position sizing, you will find it much easier to hold quality trades with patience instead of reacting emotionally to short-term market movements.
