Oregon State Leather Competition Mark your calendars, pets, handlers and critters! The Oregon State Leather Competition is happening Saturday, August 8th, from 6p-9p, and there are 2 pups in this year’s competition! 🐾 Come out and awoo your support! whether you’re stageside cheering on our contestants or just soaking up the energy, this is a night to show up for our own. Bring your leashes, your pride, and your loudest bark! 📍 CC Slaughters — 219 NW Davis St. Tickets $20 at the door or $15 presale. There will also be pay what you can options so no one has to feel left out! We can’t wait to see everyone out there supporting our pups. 🐕🏆 We’re also still looking for a few service pets to help with the setup/takedown, and various other things during the competition, so this would be a great opportunity to get some service hours! Hey pets, Due to the extreme heat forecast for Wednesday (up to 101°F), we’re cancelling the zoo trip. Between the pavement, the walking, and gear for those in pup mode, it’s just not safe conditions for handlers or pups. Help us raise money to keep our community healthy and thriving! At our team page you can pledge to join us for the walk September 19th, or donate to any of our team members to help us reach our goal. We could also use some more volunteers to help out at the booth this weekend! Come join the group and sign up for hours on the sheet here and get some service hours towards earning your next (or possibly first?) service pin at our annual gala! See you somewhere this weekend!
