| 11 |  On September 12, 2026, as the Founder of TFDevs, I was honored to be invited as a panelist at M-AI, organized by Maybank Cambodia, focusing on the topic “Empowering Students Through AI.”
During the panel, I shared my perspective on how AI can transform education and empower students to learn, experiment, and build faster. I particularly highlighted its potential in the startup ecosystem, where founders with a product idea can leverage AI to rapidly develop and validate feasible prototypes—even with limited resources and technical expertise.
At the same time, I emphasized that AI comes with important limitations and should be used responsibly. We need to understand what AI can and cannot do, set realistic expectations, and never treat AI as a single source of truth.
Most importantly, AI should complement—not replace—fundamental knowledge and critical thinking. Having the technical foundation to validate AI-generated results remains essential, especially when those results are used to build real products or make important decisions.

We’ve officially completed the first week of our FullStack Bootcamp.
This week, students focused on building a strong foundation in web development:
HTML fundamentals and page structure
Semantic HTML
Building meaningful and well-structured webpages
CSS fundamentals
Styling webpages
Understanding layouts and positioning
Flexbox fundamentals
Creating structured layouts
Practicing real website layouts using Flexbox
Students also have access to their own Student Portal, where they can study lessons, access course materials, follow exercises, and review everything outside of class.
The goal is not only to learn syntax, but to build a solid understanding of how websites are structured and how different technologies work together.
Week 1 is complete.

វីដេអូនេះត្រូវបានផលិតឡើង 5 ឆ្នាំមុន ផ្អែកលើបទពិសោធន៍ផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់ខ្ញុំ កាលពីពេលសិក្សានៅមហាវិទ្យាល័យវិស្វកម្ម (Faculty of Engineering) នៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទភ្នំពេញ ដែលខ្ញុំបានបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សានៅឆ្នាំ 2019។
ចាប់តាំងពីពេលនោះមក កម្មវិធីសិក្សា (Curriculum) និងមុខវិជ្ជាផ្សេងៗអាចមានការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ ដូចនេះព័ត៌មាននៅក្នុងវីដេអូអាចនឹងមិនឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីស្ថានភាពបច្ចុប្បន្នបានត្រឹមត្រូវទាំងស្រុងនោះទេ។
ខ្ញុំសូមបញ្ជាក់ថា វីដេអូនេះមិនមានការពាក់ព័ន្ធជាផ្លូវការជាមួយ RUPP FE ឡើយ ខ្ញុំមិនមែនជាបុគ្គលិក មិនមែនធ្វើការក្រោមរូបភាពណាមួយជាមួយ RUPP FE ឡើយ ហើយខ្ញុំក៏មិនធានាថាខ្លឹមសារនៃកម្មវិធីសិក្សានៅតែរក្សាភាពដដែលនោះដែរ។

តើប្អូនៗគួរជ្រើសរើស Technology University ដោយរបៀបណា?
ជាជាងការជឿជាក់លើ Review ពីប៉ុន្មានឆ្នាំមុន ខ្ញុំសូមណែនាំឱ្យប្អូនៗ៖
1. Check មើល Official curriculum បច្ចុប្បន្ន និងបញ្ជីមុខវិជ្ជា (Course list) របស់សាលា។
2. Contact ទៅកាន់ Faculty ដោយផ្ទាល់ ដើម្បីសួរនាំអំពីកម្មវិធីសិក្សាចុងក្រោយ។
3. សាកសួរនិស្សិតដែលកំពុងរៀនបច្ចុប្បន្ន អំពីបទពិសោធន៍ថ្មីៗរបស់ពួកគេ។
4. ពិនិត្យលើមុខវិជ្ជាជាក់ស្តែងដែលត្រូវរៀន — ដូចជា Programming, Mathematics, Algorithms, Databases, Networking, Software Engineering, AI ជាដើម។
5. ពិនិត្យមើលថាតើសាលាមានផ្តល់នូវ Practical projects, Laboratories, Internships និងឱកាសការងារលើ Real-world systems ដែរឬទេ?
6. ស្វែងយល់ពី Qualifications និងបទពិសោធន៍របស់ Instructors/Lecturers។
7. ពិនិត្យមើលទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងសាលាជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុន (Industry connection) និងឱកាសចុះកម្មសិក្សា ឬការងារ។
