Bord ripari aapne aap hoga. 4) mera dc matchion hamesha 21.00 voltage par rahta he. Usko 19.50voltage tak leke aaya. Tab trigger kiya to dc Reding is 1.300 chala gya aaur display aaya. Case study 42 Gateway laptop dead I recive only board La-7912p Check with dc amp 0.012 Press power button nothing happen Check for shorting nothing found all coil impidence ok Board full clean Now check do 3v and 5v ok 3v and 5v always ok Power button high low high ok But pwrbtn_out has only 1.2v and when power button nothing change.. 1 do all 3 bios but same 2 change io for lenovo scram board and check amp same 0.012 but pwrbtn_out 3v Program io Now dc reading 0.003 And not always volt genrate Then change new io and check amp 0.012 press power button nothing happen .. Program new io Now dc reading again 0.003 and always volt not pressent Now standby ic little hit and check standby voltage genrate and board on but after power off same amp 0.003 Resold this ic but same... It is RT8205 ic... I replace this ic to 51125 and check 💥💥💥 amp 0.006 and press power button amp 0.780 and display come.. This problem is very complicated for me after 3 day I solve this problem I do lots off rnd and but never think standby ic faulty becose before program io standby voltage genrate... Model NO: DELL VOSTRO 2520 10316-1 DV-15 HR Laptop received at dead condition from dealer Physical observation: board already tampered and someone already worked on USB and standby section and some capacitors also removed from the board In DC its was directly showing me 18v short • 1st I found 18v short by injecting 5v on CLR standby ic is short (tps51123) after that I replaced that ic • Now board 18v short is gone, But it still showing me short In 5v coil resistance is very low that’s why I inject the 3v on 5v coil cpu ic getting some heat I replaced that ic also • Now 5V short is gone, but in DC no changes it still showing me short and standby ic getting heat after checking 3v LDO line found IO is short, I replaced the IO • Still story not ended Now sort is gone but board onece getting power on (IN DC : 0.0012 to 0.0128) and getting off • In testing I am already found Ram Section have low resistance (60 ohms) but next I goes for bios but still same after that check IO requirement after that I goes for Ram section • Hear I do 1st thing removed one side of the coil and check out put resistance is ok (170 ohms)but input side have low resistance that’s why replaced the both mosfets now resistance is ok • Finaly borad getting on display also come. thnq Rafi sir
