Case Study-36 Dell Inspiron 3501 i3-11th Gen LA-K034P Rev 1.0 Dc Reading is0.035-50 Open Laptop check No Corrosion Neat and Clean Board Check RTC it is Ok Remove Board and Check impadance PL301 is Low Check carefully PU301 AWV(SY8286B) leg was Slightly Burn remove And Repair That Burning Track And Replace ic Before Check This Also remove the DC To Dc Ic for Protection then Check in 30 milliseconds Dc Reading in 3 digits also Short check dc to dc ic input 3v leg impadance it was low doubts on iO controller it was MEC1515-NB Remove it And now impadance was high Order The New io and Fix it After fixing all ics Plug the dc Machine Start it fan Running Fast So i Was Leav it because it was programming new io controller In this board 2 bios 8 and 16 mb Then after 45 minutes and 2-3 restart laptop is Shut down and now i turn on Boom💥 Display Was Come Now 2nd Problem When laptop is Off Condition it Charging is Normally but when i turn on and plug the adaptor adaptor light is shorting same on DC Machine Open again and Check When battery and Adaptor Connect Pqb11 and Pqb12 was heating Pqb12 replace with same Number but PQB11 is B04N03 it was 30v and 70A N-Channel Mosfet Then i had replace with AON6554 It is 30v 85A N-Channel Mosfet Now Laptop Charging Normally and Working Fine Thanks To Md.Rafi Sir for Giving us Confidance For Practical Thank you 💕 Fahim Bhai and AFS Solution Banglore its DVD Magic
