تقنية 💉👇🏻 Palatal Anesthesia تقنية تخدير الحنك من أكثر المناطق صعوبة للطبيب ومؤلمة للمريض والسبب: النسيج ملتصق بالعظم وهذا يجعل من مسافة إدخال الإبرة غير كافية . خمس تقنيات لتخدير الحنك: 1/greater palatin nerve block. providing anesthesia of the posterior portions of the hard palate. التخدير يصل الأجزاء الخلفية من النسيج الصلب في الحنك. 2/nasopalatin nerve block. producing anesthesia of the anterior hard palate يصل التخدير الأجزاء الأمامية من النسيج الصلب في الحنك. 3/local infiltration oh hard palat. used primarily to achieve soft tissue anesthesia and hemostasis before surgical procedures. وهذة الثلاث الطرق لاتزود... Don't provide any pulpul anesthesia. 4/anterior middle superior alveolar nerve block. 5/palatal approchanterior superior alveolar. هذة الطرق ادخلت مؤخرا .. وتزود التخدير لمنطقة ممتدة من العصب الأسنان وتخدير الحنك. طريقة لتخفيف الألم على المريض عند تخدير الحنك... نأخذ cotton applicator stick...أعواد قطن تشبهة أعواد الأذان أو مثلها تماما ونضع عليها مخدر موضعي ونضغط بها بقوة في المنطقة المراد تخديرها حتى تبيض ويبهت لونها نستمر بالضغط حتى عند إدخال الإبرة إلى أن يتم التخدير. الحقن ببطئ حتى يخفف من الألم.
