Work is the necessity of life. Without work, it isn't easy to survive on the earth. Employers hire the employees. They spend their entire time working for the company. I Agree with this statement many employers gave excessive work to workers. Furthermore, business people gave a lot of work to increase company production, but it affects workers' health because it leads to mental and physical stress. Many big companies want more profit from firms it is increasing the working hours. It hired only its limited workers for work. For instance, a lot of pressure on the individuals and increase the chances of faults and mistakes. Sometimes major accidents happen in the companies. On the other hand, if workers are busy at work, it also affects their personal life. In the modern era, husband and wife both are working. They do not have time to spend with each other it enhances the chances of family deprivations. Moreover, they do not pay their time with children. A child feels alone and frustrated. Sometimes adults choose the wrong directions in their lives because of the home environment. Overview, a person should maintain the balance between work and life. The government should limit the number of hours for working peoples in business. People should give time to their own families for outings and small celebrations. It also reduces the mental and physical stress of the body. Happiness is essential to healthy life.
