. بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم 🌻Anatomy of the Meninges and dural sinuses✨ بداية ماهو ال meninges🤔 الmeninges هو عبارة عن protective layer covering the brain and spinal cord ✨وهي بتتقسم لينا لثلاثة أجزاء:- 1/Duramatter 2/Arachnoid matter 3/Piamatter وما بين كل طبقة والتانية عندنا space حنتعرف عليها بعد ما نتعرف على الثلاثة ديل✨ 🌻Dura matter:- هي عبارة عن tuogh membrane بيتكون من two layers:- 1/endosteal layer=> lined the skull. 2/meningeal layer => lined the brain. وبينهم الإثنين عندنا حاجة اسمها Dural sinuses ✨طيب قال ليكم انه ال meningeal layer دي بتكون لينا four folds وهم:- 1/flax cerebri => separate the two cerebral hemisphere. 2/terorium cerebelli=> separate the cerebllum from the cerebral hemisphere. 3/flax cerebelli=> separate the cerebllum into two half. 4/diahragma sellae=> separate the hypothalamus from sella tursica 🌻Arachnoid matter وهو عبارة عن thin membrane قاعد between the Duramatter and Piamatter ومفصول عنهم بspace. 🌻 Piamatter:- عبارة عن thin memberane closely related to the brain وبيدخل جوة ال sulci of the brain ✨وبكدا ال division of the meninges خلصو 🎉🎉 خلونا نمشي ونتعرف على ال spaces اللي قاعدة بينهم💛 طيب عندنا 3spaces وهم 🌻epidural space ودي بين Duramatter وال skull 🌻Subdural space ودي قاعدة مابين ال Duramatter و ال Arachnoid matter وبتحتوي على blood vessels. 🌻Subarachnoid space:- ودي ما بين ال Arachnoid matter وال Piamatter ✨آل space دي بتحتوي على حاجة اسمها cisterna وهي spaces واسعة بتشبه الصهاريج أو الخزانات وبتكون مليانة بال cerebrospinal fluid وهم:- 1/cisterna magna 2/pontine cisterna 3/interpedunclar cisterna 4/chiasmatic cisterna 5/cisterna of lateral fissur 6/cisterna of corpus callosum يلا صلو على النبي وصحصحو شوية عشان نواصل👌 ✨آخر جزئية حنتكلم عنها هي ال Dural venous sinuses ودي لو متذكرين قبيل قلنا إنه ال sinuses دي قاعدة between the endosteal layer and meningeal layer of the Duramatter وهم عبارة عن collecting pools of blood وهم مسؤولين عن ال CSF circulation وهم 10🤯:- 1/sub sagital sinus 2/inferior sagital sinus 3/straight sinus 4/right transverse 5/left transverse 6/right sigmoid 7/left sigmoid 8/sup petrosal 9/inferior petrosal 10/cavernous sinus ✨أخر حاجة في معلومة بسيطة مفروض تعرفوها وهي انه الdural venous sinuses بيستقبلو الblood from the CNS , face and scalp وبعدها they drain into the internal jugular vein وعلى عكس اغلب الveins in the body هم ماعندهم valve ودا بزيد خطورة venous return فيهم👌 ✨وبكدا نكون خلصنا فالحمد لله حتى يبلغ الحمد منتهاه🎉😍 #Anatomy_CNS

-Saccular aneurysms: Saccular aneurysms, also known as berry aneurysms, appear as a round outpouching and are the most common form of cerebral aneurysm. -Fusiform aneurysms: Fusiform aneuryms represent a widening of a segment of an artery around the entire blood vessel, rather than just arising from a side of an artery's wall. They can rupture but usually do not...
