➤ Gold experienced a strong bullish expansion following the latest interest rate decision, as the precious metal benefited from expectations of a more accommodative monetary policy.
➤ However, bullish momentum has started to fade. Both H4 candles closed with long lower wicks around the 4075 resistance zone, indicating that sellers are actively absorbing buying pressure and continuing to defend the short-term bearish market structure.
🎯 Today's Scenario
Current Market Structure:
➤ Price Range: 4078 – 4075
- As long as price remains below the 4070–4075 resistance zone, the current rally is still considered a technical pullback within the broader short-term downtrend.
➤ Range Support: 4050 - 4045
- The preferred scenario remains Sell on Rally, with the first downside target at the 4050 range support. If selling pressure continues to build, price could extend lower toward the H1 Demand Zone around 4010–4015.
➤ H1 Demand Zone: 4010 – 4015
- The 4010–4015 Demand Zone will be a key area to monitor. A strong bullish reaction could trigger a short-term rebound. However, if this demand zone is broken down, the market is likely to continue its decline toward lower liquidity areas.
