We invested money in it but when it came to paying he started giving stories and finally went mute. Our money is stuck and some of us took loans to invest. Is there a way we can make him refund us our cash. Please help. I still see him on YouTube doing talks but he's unreachable.

Garissa County, Dadaab Sub-County, Dadaab Police Station, Date: 08/06/2024 Subject: Follow Up on Shooting Incident Report Ref. OB.NO.11/07/06/2024 at 0610 hrs. Please be informed that a contingent of 22 police officers drawn from KPS, DCI, and GSU, led by D/SCPC Dadaab, OC ATPU, D/OCS Dadaab, and OC GSU Ege Dam, visited the said scene and found out that at around 2200 hrs on 07/06/24 at Bogyer Dispensary, an unknown number of suspected individuals armed with AK-47s attacked the workers at the said facility who are non-locals. As a result, four individuals were fatally shot and died, namely: 1. Male, shot in the right hand, chest, and abdomen 2. Male, multiple shots in the abdomen and left thigh 3. Male, shot in the chin, chest, and right shoulder 4. Female, shot in the head, neck, and right shoulder All the victims were tortured before being killed. However, four survived without any injuries and are accounted for after they ran and hid at one of the elders' homes. The survivors are: 1. Male, aged 33 years 2. Male, aged 27 years 3. Male, aged 27 years 4. Female The following were recovered at the scene: 1. 65 used cartridges of 7.62x39 mm special 2. Bullet heads - 8 pieces 3. NAKURU COUNTY. MAIMAHIU POLICE STATION. FATAL INJURY ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENT. This occurred today, the 8th June 2024. at about 1210 hrs at Vip area along Maai Mahiu -Nairobi road unknown driver driving motor vehicle Trailer from Nairobi heading towards Maai Mahiu general direction and on reaching at the location of the accident he lost control of the vehicle and rammed into the rear of a Psv matatu Reg No. KCS 387P Toyota Hiace c/o Muna sacco,hit another trailer make Mercedes/Benz which was parked off the road and lastly hit another motor vehicle Mercedes Benz. As a result of the accident,5 female adults, 3 male adults, and 1 female juvenile were fatally injured. 3 male adults and 5 female adults were seriously injured.All admitted at Auckland hospital.Scene visited, and necessary action was taken. Motor vehicles towed to the station awaiting inspection. UPDATE: The matatu that has just had an accident is from Muranga (MUNA Sacco) and the victims were possibly heading for a family function. A lorry lost control and hit the matatu killing all the occupants.
