تفاوت دو مفهوم مهم در CAE: راستی آزمایی و اعتبار سنجی راستی آزمایی یا Verification عبارتست از فرآیند بازبینی و کنترل صحت مدل ریاضی اجرا شده بمنظور حل مساله و در نهایت هدف ازین تکنیک آنست که مشخص شود آیا معادلات حاکم استخراج شده در تئوری حل مساله درست و صحیح حل شده اند (مثلا با تکیه بر شرایط مرزی و مقادیر اولیه مفروض)؟ نکته: آنالیز استقلال از مش یا حساسیت به مش ریزی یکی از تکنیک های زیر مجموعه راستی آزمایی یا Verification مدل است. اعتبارسنجی یا Validation عبارتست از فرآیند کنترل فیزیکی که مساله برای آن طرح شده و معادلات حاکم برای آن فرض و استخراج و سپس حل شده است و هدف از آن رسیدن به پاسخ به این سوال حساس است که آیا معادلات حاکم درست فرض شده اند برای تعریف این فیزیک و مساله؟ کاربرد: اعتبارسنجی بیشتر کاربرد صنعتی دارد و هدف از آن یافتن بیشترین تطبیق معادلات حاکم با فیزیکی است که در نرم افزاری مثل COMSOL طرح شده است و بیشتر یک فرآیند آزمایشگاهی و عملیست. راستی آزمایی، اما، بیشتر فرآیندی نرم افزاریست. البته، نه اینکه کلا بحث عملی و آزمایشگاهی در آن منتفی باشد! @comsol_shs

نمونه ایی از آنالیز انتقال حرارت در تیغه های یک توربین گاز با توسل به نرم افزار Siemens Simcenter Star-CCM نرم افزار Star CCM از منطق FVM بمنظور گسسته سازی معادلات حاکم استفاده کرده و از گرافیک و Visualization بسیار جذابی برخوردارست. یکی از مواردی که اتفاقا مقاله خورش (!) خوبست در حوزه CFD، مقایسه دو مساله در دو منطق FEM (مثلا با COMSOL) و FVM (مثلا با ANSYS Fluent یا Star CCM) است. 😉 مساله مشابه حل شده با کامسول قبلا در همین کانال قرار داده شده است. اطلاعات بیشتر در مورد شبیه سازی مساله فوق: https://blogs.sw.siemens.com/simcenter/turbomachinery-cfd-simulation-art-in-motion/ @comsol_shs
