A questioner says: Is it permissible to sell Brazilian chicken shawarma? We tell them it is not permissible. They said: Bring evidence. They said there is a fatwa by Shaykh Ibn Uthaymeen that he said: "Who says that Brazilian chicken is forbidden? Bring me evidence". Did Ibn Uthaymeen say this fatwa? What is the evidence that this chicken is forbidden? May Allah reward you with good. 📩🔸Answer: Yes, this is the Fatwa of the scholars, Ibn Uthaymeen and others, based on the principle regarding the permissibility of slaughtering from the people of the Book, be them Jews or Nasaara. Then after that, when the reports became widespread and plenty about them stunning and killing poultry and livestock, the fatwa was changed among some of them, such as Shaykh Al-Fawzaan in his book “Al-At'imah” (Foods). It is basically a campaign to collect money, carried out by a person or a group. For purposes, such as (and is not limited to): cooperating with a patient needing treatment in a certain country, which costs a big sum of money, so the owner of this campaign, through social media, invites people to donate to this patient, and they may be their relatives or friends. Does this fall under the blameful begging? ➤Answer: ⤵️ This is only done by someone who is known to be lenient in this matter, and it is one of the entry points to Hizbiyyah, and there is no doubt that it contains a harm, and it is begging or what leads to this, especially when it is directed through social media! To those whose conditions are known and those who are not! This action is of the same type of affairs which Ahlussunnah rebuke against the Hizbis from the charity organisations and others, those who have begun to dispose much of the wealth they collect for their personal interests and the interests of those who are bigoted and partisan with them! This is not the kind of praiseworthy intercession that is directed to those who are known for giving out good, who have put this notion out, and gave permission for this, and is satisfied with this, and prepared themselves for this, so there is a difference between them. Even if you are alone in holding onto the Kitāb and the Sunnah, and you take from the tapes; take the tapes of the skillful reciters and learn using them, if you don't find a Salafī reciter. Al-Ḥudhayfī is a good reciter, Allāhumma Bārik. Similarly, al-Ḥuṣarī, his recitation is good. And al-Minshāwī. Similarly, Muḥammad Ayyūb also has a good recitation, you can learn using it. And Ibrāhīm al-Akhḍar, his old recitation as well is good. Follow from those recitations and download durūs which you find on social media of the ʿUlamāʾ or the reciters, so you benefit from the rulings of reading the Qurʾān and the rulings of Tajwīd. Similarly, you listen to those knowledge-based durūs until makes it possible for you and easy for you. And they succeeded somewhat. So As-Suheymi started giving Fatwa to enrol in the International Islamic University in Aden and praises upon its curricula. And he advised to take knowledge from Muhammad Al-Imam, Al-Bur'i, Abdullah Al-Mar'i and the sons of Al-Wusaabi. And he doesn't indicate to the Shaykh of the Salafi Da'wah in Yemen, and it's scholar in truth, our Shaykh Al-Hajoori. Nor besides him of the Mashaayikh of the Sunnah; those who really produce from their Centres and upon their hands produce worthy peerless students of knowledge with knowledge based benefit and insight in Manhaj. Rather he indirects our Shaykh Yahya may Allah grant him correctness and says that he has dangerous slip ups. He also belittles the affair of the Watheeqah of Muhammad Al-Imam with the heretic Huthis, that wicked oppressive Watheeqah which laid waste to the creed of Tawheed from its basis. And he encourages the students of knowledge to read the Khalifi "Al-Ibaanah" by Muhammad Al-Imam, and describes it as being a great valuable book which is to be written in golden ink, and that its like wasn't authored in this era. And add to this his call in Britain to the convergence of the people of Tamyee' from the followers of  Abul Hassan Al-Misri and Ali Al-Halabi with the Salafis. Similarly his visiting and his praise of some of the heads of "Ansaar As-Sunnah Al-Muhamadiyyah" in Sudan. And all of this is misleading and deception of the students of knowledge and treachery to the Salafi Da'wah. And: (كل إناء بما فيه ينضح) "Every vessel will drip what it contains". 2️⃣ثانيها: أنه كتبه في حال سفره ثم عند رجوعه نقحه وزاد فيه، ويضعف عندي هذا القول لما ذكرناه عنه وما وقع له من أوهام في عزوه لبعض الأمور. وخلاصة: القول أن هذا الكتاب يُعد من مراجع العلماء وطلاب العلم وعامة المسلمين فرحمه الله تعالى وأسكنه الفردوس ونحن معه بإذن الله الكريم المتعال ذو الفضل والإحسان. انتهى كلام الشيخ كمال رحمه الله تعالى. 🔶قال مقيده وفقه الله: الشيخ كمال العدني رحمه الله كان خبيرا بهذا الكتاب, فإنه ممن سبر وخبر كتاب "زاد المعاد", بل ممن قرأه على شيخنا الإمام العلامة المحدث الفقيه أبي عبد الرحمن يحيى بن علي الحجوري اليماني حفظه الله في دار الحديث السلفية بدماج في تجريد الكتب قراءة بعد الشروق, فوفقه الله بعد ذلك لتلخيص فوائده فسماه "إرشاد العباد إلى فوائد زاد المعاد". فزاد المعاد كتاب سيرة وشمائل وتاريخ وعقيدة وتوحيد وفقه وأحكام وتفسير وحديث وعلل وطب وزهد ورقاق وغير ذلك من العلوم السلفية النافعة بإذن رب البرية. فالله الحي القيوم المسؤول أن يوفقني وإخواني للاستفادة منه, ولله الحمد أولا وآخرا. 🖋️أبو عبد الرحمن نواس الهندي 📆١٤٤٥-١١-٢٧

🔷فائدة جليلة حول كتاب "زاد المعاد"🔷 🔶كتاب "زاد المعاد" لابن القيم أعجوبة في التأليف وكرامة من الله المنان اللطيف. 🌿أنعم الله تعالى عليه بتأليفه وهو في سفر كما نص المؤلف نفسه على ذلك. 🍁قال العلامة ابن عثيمين رحمه الله: فمن أحسن الكتب: زاد المعاد لابن القيم رحمه الله؛ لأنه كتاب جامع بين الفقه المبني على الدليل وبين التاريخ الذي تعرف به حياة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فيكتسب الإنسان من هذا الكتاب: الأحكام الفقهية، ومعرفة حال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وسيرته، وربما يمر به أيضاً مسائل أخرى تتعلق بالتوحيد وبالتفسير وغيرها، فالكتاب كتاب نافع جامع صالح لمن أراد المطالعة للاستفادة العامة. اه من فتاوى نور على الدرب للعثيمين (23/ 2) 🍁وقال ابن باز رحمه الله: وننصحك بمراجعة كتاب زاد المعاد في هدي خير العباد لابن القيم فهو كتاب عظيم الفائدة. اه من مجموع فتاوى ابن باز (9/ 363) 🍁وقال ابن باز رحمه الله: وكتاب زاد المعاد لابن القيم، فيه خير كثير من جهة العقيدة والأحكام. اه من فتاوى نور على الدرب لابن باز بعناية الشويعر (1/ 27) 🍁وقال الشيخ المجاهد أبو عبدالله كمال بن ثابت العدني رحمه الله في مقدمة كتابه: "إرشاد العباد إلى فوائد زاد المعاد": ... هو: زاد المعاد في هدي خير العباد، وكما وصفته أنه سفر جميل وجليل وكبير وعظيم كتبه صاحبه أثناء سفره مما يجعل الإنسان في دهشة عظيمة كيف يحرر فيها المسائل ويعزو الأقوال إلى أصحابها ويتكلم في علل الأحاديث وتراجم الرواة كأنه بين مكتبة عظيمة متنقلة من غير وجود مرجع يرجع إليه، كما أشار هو رحمه الله، حيث قال في زاده (1/ 48) ط دار ابن رجب: "وهذِهِ كلِماتٌ يسِيرَةٌ لا يَستغنِي عن معرِفتِها من له أدنى هِمّةٍ إلَى مَعْرِفَةِ نَبِيّهِ صَلّى اللّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلّمَ وَسِيرَتِهِ وَهَدْيِهِ اقْتَضَاهَا الْخَاطِرُ الْمَكْدُودُ عَلَى عُجَرِهِ وَبُجَرِهِ مَعَ الْبِضَاعَةِ الْمُزْجَاةِ الّتِي لا تَنْفَتِحُ لَهَا أَبْوَابُ السّدَدِ وَلا يَتَنَافَسُ فِيهَا الْمُتَنَافِسُونَ مَعَ تَعْلِيقِهَا فِي حَالِ السّفَرِ لا الإقَامَةِ وَالْقَلْبُ بِكُلّ وَادٍ مِنْهُ شُعْبَةٌ وَالْهِمّةُ قَدْ تَفَرّقَتْ شَذَرٌ مَذَرٌ وَالْكِتَابُ مَفْقُودٌ وَمَنْ يَفْتَحْ بَابَ الْعِلْمِ لِمُذَاكَرَتِهِ مَعْدُومٌ غَيْرُ مَوْجُودٍ." اهـ وانظر رعاك الله إلى تواضع هذا الإمام، بخلاف أهل زماننا إن كتب أو ألف صُفيحات كأن الدنيا لم تنجب مثله! فيا لله العجب؟!! وقال رحمه الله تعالى في (1/ 68): "وَإِنّمَا ذَكَرْنَا هَاهُنَا كَلِمَاتٍ يَسِيرَةً اقْتَضَتْهَا حَالُ الْمُسَافِرِ وَتَشَتّتُ قَلْبِهِ وَتَفَرّقُ هِمّتِهِ وَبِاَللّهِ الْمُسْتَعَانُ وَعَلَيْهِ التّكلانُ." اهـ ويشير رحمه الله إلى ذلك حيث قال: "فحديثه معلول، رواه الترمذي وذكر علته، ولا أحفظ الآن ما قيل فيه." (1/ 145) قال الشيخ كمال العدني رحمه الله: وبعد هذه الإشارة رأينا في طيات كتابه رحمه الله تعالى بعض الأوهام اليسيرة في عزو بعض الأحاديث لمن خرجها، وهذا يدل دلالة واضحة جداً على أن هذا الكتاب كتبه صاحبه من حفظه عن ظهر قلب من تلك الذاكرة الوقادة العامرة بذكر الله حفظ الله فحفظه الله تعالى، والذي جعلنا في حيرة من ذلك الأمر: هو ما كان يشير فيه إلى أقوال بعض الأئمة بالنص، ويقول: انته كلامه، وكذا ذكره للأحاديث المسندة التي بلغ عددها (242) تقريباً ما بين حدبث وأثر، في مختلف المسانيد، والسنن، منها ما هو عند أحمد في المسند، وعبد بن حميد، وعبدالرزاق، وابن أبي شيبة، وأبي عبيد، ووكيع، وسعيد بن منصور، ابن وهب في جامعه، والشافعي والخشني في مسنده، والساجي، والقاضي إسماعيل، وزهير بن حرب، وأصحاب السنن، كأبي داود، والنسائي، والترمذي، وابن ماجه، والدارمي، والبغوي، ومالك في الموطأ، والأثرم، والإسماعيلي، وعبدالله بن أحمد، والخلال، والدار قطني، والكجي، وأبي حنيفة، والواقدي، وابن سعد، وابن إسحاق، وابن المديني، وابن حزم، وحرب الكرماني، وقاسم بن أصبغ، ومسلم بن الحجاج في صحيحه. هذا ما رأيت ومر بي في كتابه، وكما رأيت عمن ذكر من هؤلاء الأئمة يذكر أحاديث مسندة من مسانيدهم وجوامعهم وسننهم، فكيف هذا؟! فهو على أحد أمرين: 1️⃣أحدهما: أن هذا كرامة عظيمة لهذا الحافظ الإمام الجهبذ الذي يعد من أئمة المسلمين وهذا لا يتأتى إلا لقيل من حفاظ الدنيا، كحال الإمام الدارقطني فقد قيل أنه أملى علله من حفظه، وكتاب ابن القيم هذا لا يقل درجة عن كتاب ابن العلل بل قد يكون فاقه فإنه كتب فيه من بحور العلوم الذي لا يسابحه أحد إلا غرق، فهو من فحول العلماء رحمة الله تعالى عليه.
