Responsibilities: *Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors based on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery timelines. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and services. *Analyze project requirements and develop procurement strategies to meet project deadlines and budget constraints. *Prepare and issue purchase orders, contracts, and agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures. *Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to understand project specifications and procurement needs. *Coordinate with internal departments, such as logistics, finance, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth procurement processes. *Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes related to quality, delivery, or pricing. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information. *Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to procurement practices. *Implement cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce expenses. *Conduct regular supplier audits and evaluations to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. *Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
