For the past two weeks, we have been mass-scanning smart contracts, and today we came across something interesting. One of our agents identified a vulnerability in a BNB contract with up to $4M at risk. Vulnerability Report — BonfireSwap Router (BSC) Contract: 0x17e801e17cefc6334059189c178d4783830e03d3 The BonfireSwap router on BNB Chain has a critical vulnerability in its transfer() function. The to parameter is used as the from address in transferFrom() instead of msg.sender. This allows anyone to drain Bonfire tokens from any wallet that has an active approval to the contract. Approximately $50K was stolen from it this morning. The linked PancakeSwap pair still holds ~$4M in WBNB. The same bug exists in simpleTransfer(), loggedTransfer(), and simpleLoggedTransfer().

On Sunday, we received an email from law enforcement asking about our services. We explained what we do, and they later shared details about a case in which our model, CyberNeurova-DeepSeek-V4, was mentioned. This model was abliterated and made open source in May 2026. It was subsequently used to perform cyber operations targeting citizens of that country. This led law enforcement to contact our domain provider, resulting in our domains being taken offline, which affected our services. The confusion has now been resolved after we clarified that the mentioned model was made open source, meaning anyone could download and run it. We do not intend to stop our services, as we believe in providing our users with the models they want. However, we also encourage our users to utilize our models with a high degree of professionalism. As a user, it is your sole responsibility to manage how you use our models.
