GhostLock: fix extracted-profile validation and direct-run stdout hang
- ProfileResolver: accept kernel_phys_offset as a known top-level key so
profiles extracted from a boot image pass validation instead of always
being rejected ("unknown top-level key"), which kept Start disabled.
- runDirect: redirect native stdout to a log file and tail it with a
daemon thread instead of blocking on the pipe EOF (the parked rooted
victim holds fd 1 open), so waitFor() is reached and the app no longer
hangs at the module-load log lines.

The two buttons sat in the "not installed" card's trailing slot and
squeezed the card down. They now render in their own row directly below

Fix Shizuku transport: Shizuku.newProcess is private in shizuku-api 13.1.5,
so route through IShizukuService.Stub.asInterface(Shizuku.getBinder())
.newProcess(...) and wrap the returned IRemoteProcess — matching Root-My-Galaxy's
own ShizukuController.
