IMPORTANT ❕ в аккаунте сынмина на spotify появились две песни, загруженные без официального разрешения и никак не относящиеся к нему. более того, одна из них была добавлена в курируемый spotify плейлист 'this is seungmin'.

▫️🔻 кому : jype@fan.com ▫️🔻 копия : Office@spotify.com▫️🔻 тема : Removal of unauthorized and unaffiliated songs under Seungmin’s Spotify Profile
To the direct party in charge, I’m writing this email to inform you that there are two unauthorized and unaffiliated songs listed under Seungmin’s Spotify Profile not released by JYPE. One of these songs has been wrongfully added to the “This is Seungmin” official playlist curated by Spotify on the music platform, an unapproved and illegal upload that can mislead the artist’s discography. The second song has been uploaded on the third party’s profile in question with the claim of Seungmin being part of the song credits, with an illegal and misleading use of the artist name for profit. Songs improperly uploaded under “SEUNGMIN’s” Spotify Profile and Name Credit: “Paper Swan” uploaded by “Jxxn” — not affiliated with Stray Kids nor JYP Entertainment https://open.spotify.com/track/1zxm3HDv0ynRcje4NCQpSG?si=nEsWEL6LRvqKIWbDAaWTkw&utm_source=copy-link To You (Feat. Seungmin) uploaded on the Spotify Profile of “Jxxn” — not affiliated with Stray Kids nor JYP Entertainment, with the improper use of Seungmin’s music credits name. https://open.spotify.com/track/51MmTsJBMHOsDugqbKFVKo?si=7-PJ2uxNThKWF_0l0Gln0Q&utm_source=copy-link Request of Takedown and Investigation: I urge you to investigate these illegal uploads and behavior and to request the immediate removal of these songs to the Spotify streaming service. To Spotify: Please investigate the constant breaches of your system and illegal uploads Thank you for your concerns, [Your name].
