According to Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), TTP militants detained an individual identified as Shaheen alias sheen in Ghorzandi area of Lachi, Kohat district, over allegations that the detained individual was allegedly spying for security forces against militants. According to the statement, the detainee was executed after he confessed that he was spying for security forces. Meanwhile, residents of the area and bereaved family of the deceased has staged the protest placing the dead body on the Indus Highway blocking the traffic over the killing.

Amirabad, Hub District, Balochistan — A personnel of the Balochistan Constabulary (BC) was killed in a firing incident in Amirabad, Hub. The deceased has been identified as Mola Bakhsh, son of Amir Bakhsh, a resident of Mastung. Further details are awaited.

Local sources report that security forces are currently conducting an operation against militants in the Dobando region of Upper Dir. According to available reports, the operation is taking place in the Sangaar, Atrango, and Sangaar Top areas. Gunships have reportedly been deployed to the operation area. Nasirabad District, Balochistan — Unknown assailants reportedly fired multiple rockets at the under-construction BRC College along the Notal National Highway in Nasirabad District. BLF's Karima Armed Assault Division Claims Blockades and Snap Checking on Quetta–Karachi Highway in Kalat and Khuzdar The Balochistan Liberation Front (BLF) has claimed that its Karima Armed Assault Division (KAAD) carried out blockades and snap checking on the Quetta–Karachi highway in Kalat and Khuzdar districts. According to a statement issued by BLF spokesperson Major Gwahram Baloch: Kalat — Dasht Goran (29 September 2026):

KAAD fighters set up a blockade at 12:00 noon on the Quetta–Karachi highway in the Dasht Goran area of Kalat. During the blockade, the fighters searched vehicles traveling on the highway. The blockade was ended at 5:00 PM after achieving objectives. The statement said the occupying army made no movement during the operation.

Khuzdar — Lakhoriyan (26 September 2026):

KAAD fighters set up a blockade on the main Quetta–Karachi highway in the Lakhoriyan area of Khuzdar from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and carried out snap checking, searching vehicles traveling on the highway. After ending the blockade at 5:00 PM, the fighters reportedly took up positions near the highway and waited until 8:00 PM for the arrival of the Pakistani army. According to the statement, despite being informed of the fighters' presence, army personnel did not engage. The fighters then withdrew safely.

The BLF claimed responsibility for the blockades on the main highway in Kalat and Khuzdar and for maintaining control of the area during the operations.

BRG Claims Six Pakistani Forces Personnel Killed in Kachhi and Nasirabad; Quadcopter Shot Down The Baloch Republican Guards (BRG) have claimed responsibility for two attacks targeting Pakistani forces in Kachhi and Nasirabad districts on 29 September 2026. According to a statement released by the group: Kachhi — Dhadar and Sunni Road, Chaitri:

BRG fighters ambushed a convoy of the occupying army that had arrived for an operation at Dhadar and Sunni Road, Chaitri, targeting it with heavy and automatic weapons. Two enemy vehicles came directly under attack, resulting in five occupying forces personnel killed on the spot and several others wounded. The fighters also shot down a quadcopter deployed to monitor the convoy.

Nasirabad — Notal:

BRG fighters targeted a checkpoint of Pakistani forces at the Notal location in Nasirabad district with heavy and automatic weapons. As a result, one personnel was killed and several others were wounded.

State-affiliated accounts report that security forces conducted a quadcopter strike in the Mal Madrassa area of Kalat district, based on intelligence indicating the presence of suspected militants. Official sources assert that two alleged militants were killed during the operation, while available visual evidence depicts one militant body.

Security sources report that the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) conducted an Intelligence-Based Operation (IBO) in the Pak Pattan district. During this operation, the department detained Abdul Faheem, an alleged TTP militant, and seized explosives from the individual in custody.

Kharan District, Balochistan — Baloch militants have reportedly blocked the Kharan–Nushki (Kharan–Quetta) Highway at Gwargan and are conducting snap-checking of vehicles, according to reports.

Two workers associated with the ISD project were reportedly abducted by unidentified armed men from the Manjhi area of Gomal, Tank district. According to sources, the workers were administering polio drops and routine vaccinations to children when they were taken away. The abducted workers have been identified as:

Dasht-e-Goran, Kalat District — A large number of armed men and women have reportedly blocked the Quetta–Karachi Highway in Kalat's Dasht-e-Goran area and are conducting snap-checking of vehicles. Further details are awaited.

A bridge situated on the Quetta-Karachi highway in the vicinity of the Surab town was destroyed using explosive materials by armed individuals. Armed individuals subsequently established a checkpoint near the same location in Balochistan.

#Update According to the statement issued by Ittehad-ul-Mujahideen Pakistan (IMP), police forces and members of the Bannu Police Peace Committee attempted to execute a raid on a militant hideout located in Mamandkhel, Bannu. IMP militants subsequently ambushed the police during the operation. The statement asserts that an armoured vehicle sustained significant damage and a quadcopter was shot down during the unsuccessful raid.

Damboli, Nasirabad District — A blast near Damboli damaged a section of the main railway track, leading to the suspension of train services between Quetta and Jaffarabad. According to police, the explosion occurred shortly before the Jaffar Express was due to pass through the area. Railway officials and other personnel subsequently inspected the affected section of track. Train operations remain disrupted due to the damage, while further investigation into the incident is underway.
