⚠️ The reported $320M security incident involving the Liquid Network has been traced to a vulnerability within the underlying Elements software.
According to reports, the bug allegedly allowed an actor to mint 4,000 fake L-BTC, which were mistakenly recognized as valid by the network and exchanged for 3,996 real BTC.
