Brutal day for $FLNC down 16% today after announcing a guidance cut.
And it’s bad:
❌ Q3 revenue: $650M actual against the $818M Wall Street expected
❌ FY revenue guidance: cut from ~$3B to $2.4B
❌ FY adjusted EBITDA guidance: flipped from a $10M loss to a $200M loss
International operations are holding up fine. The entire bear case is domestic: Fluence's new Houston manufacturing plant is where this fell apart.
The real story isn't the miss itself. It's that Wall Street's confidence in Fluence's execution just took a real hit.
Production delays and logistics issues at Houston are the direct cause, slowing output enough to blow a $210M hole through the EBITDA outlook in one quarter.
Seven of fifteen analysts cut price targets, Truist $16 to $10, Baird $10 to $3.
I marked the $7 area as a possible support zone, but this needs more repricing. Not expecting anything to happen here.

$HIMS and $SOFI are very similar in their future paths.... and are actually facing a very similar challenge.
Both have already proved they can attract MILLIONS of customers.
Now the real opportunity is getting those customers to use MORE products...
For $SOFI
Banking - Investing - Credit Cards - Loans - Mortgages
For $HIMS
Hair Loss - Weight Loss - Dermatology - Sexual Health - Hormonal Health - Peptides
Think about the economics here for a second.... acquiring a new customer is expensive... but selling another product to someone who already knows and trusts your brand can be considerably cheaper.... Its like car dealerships, sell the car, then parts, service, finance
That's where the real opportunity is for BOTH companies.
Don't just grow customers.
Grow the VALUE of each customer.
Higher products per customer.
Higher revenue per customer.
Better retention.
Higher lifetime value.
And potentially much stronger margins as they scale.
$SOFI wants to become the financial platform you use for everything.
$HIMS wants to become the healthcare platform you use for everything.
Different industries and sectors completely... but very similar playbook.

TOM LEE SAYS THIS DIP IS AN OVERREACTION
He thinks falling inflation could quickly turn today’s selloff into a major rally:
- Lee says the economy remains strong enough for earnings revisions to keep moving higher
- He expects core PCE at 3.3% to fall back into the 2% range, which could trigger a positive market reaction
- Cyclicals, tech, consumer discretionary and financials could all rebound sharply if inflation fears prove wrong

$OSCR dropped a major update yesterday and it’s not been discussed enough thanks to interest rate noise.
They are now targeting 20% revenue CAGR by 2029, 5-7% operating margin, and $4 EPS.
Assuming that can translate to 2.5%-5% net margin, we are looking at another 2.5x-4x over the next 2 years as 2.5% net margin generally gets 0.5x and 5% gets 1x sales multiple in healthcare.
Barclays raised price target from $39 to $49 in response.
The market finds them credible as they are well ahead of 2027 guidance they provided three years ago.
Long $OSCR.

The world did not end after the right decision was made
The market has factored in this outcome
Now macro concerns need to be taken care of or the Fed will have no choice but to raise again in December....and the next one could be +0.5%
- Oil needs to come down
- US 10YR needs to drop
- the economy needs to cool
- And jobs need to rise
Difficult set up right now

We have been preparing all year for an Interest Rate hike in September
This has now happened, it does not mean that the market will immediately start to correct
But it is a warning shot to the market now
Unless inflation is controlled, the FED will raise again and this will trigger a correction

Nike Is Ceding Ground in China and Other Markets Where It Operates
Georgy Vashchenko, Deputy Director of the Analytical Department at Freedom Global
Nike shares have fallen fivefold—from an all-time high of $179 in November 2021 to below $37 in September 2026. The stock is at 2013–2014 levels.
Nike is not the only company in the apparel and footwear sector whose value has fallen dramatically over the past few years. In particular, shares of Lululemon Athletica Inc. (LULU) have declined by more than 80% from their 2024 peak. At the same time, there is no uniform trend in the sector—the reasons for the collapse in these companies’ stock prices coincide only partially.
Nike took its first hit in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, when revenue fell by 40–60% (across different segments and regions). The company’s new problems began as early as 2024 and intensified in 2025, when revenue declines in certain regions and segments reached double digits.
The problems first emerged in China and then spread to other markets. A year and a half ago, the decline in sales in its key segment (footwear) in its home market reached 14%. Each quarterly report triggered a sharp drop in the stock price.
Operating profitability also declined, although, in our view, the situation with it remains relatively healthy, and in the latest reporting quarter the company received a benefit of about $1 billion from the refund of a previously paid tariff, which provided one-time support to its margin.
As a result, the company’s shares are being removed from the S&P 100. In fact, this event is unlikely to significantly affect the stock price. The mechanical outflow from funds, according to top1markets’ estimate, will amount to about $22 million, or about 600,000 shares at current quotes. Average daily volume is estimated at approximately 25 million shares. However, psychologically, this is a bad signal.
Management notes on calls that the business is currently in a far from simple situation. The company is making efforts to restore demand in China and continues to modernize its retail network, as renovated stores show better results and inefficient locations are being closed. There is no official guidance, but management acknowledges that it expects a revenue decline in the low single digits in Q1 FY2027.
The investment community has differing views on the future of the company’s shares—the range of estimates is from $23 to $90. On the one hand, Nike is not in a position to give up. Positive operating cash flow and a solid cushion allow it to pay dividends, the yield on which is about 4.5% per annum. Therefore, the share of short positions is relatively small, about 6.5% of the number of shares in free float. At the same time, there are not many growth drivers. The company is losing market share, and management does not expect a rapid recovery.
The decline in direct sales indicates that Nike is facing strong competition in its segments. In 2026–2030, Generation Z will become the dominant consumer group; its consumer habits and attitudes toward brands differ significantly from those of other consumer groups. The wholesale sales channel will depend heavily on the macro environment. At the same time, another key problem has not been eliminated—despite the resilient position of high-income consumers, Nike continues to lose market to cheaper brands and is betting on promotion in the professional sports environment.

Cathie Wood says each Starship launch could generate roughly $1B in revenue with Elon Musk targeting as many as 10K flights per year by 2030.
She says that would put Starship at $10T in annual revenue and make $SPCX $1.8T IPO valuation look very different in hindsight.

There are people in Europe, Asia and Papa New Guinea who are buying $ETH and have no idea what the clarity act is
It reminds me when people were not buying $ABNB because one state in the US banned them in their largest city
And the share price bounced +120% next
Believe this or not
There is a world outside of the US

$OSCR Revenue was $5 Billion at the start of 2024
By the end of 2026, it is estimated to be $18.7 Billion.
But during this time, the share price dropped -60%
How did the market get this so wrong?
And why did we show FULL conviction when the market got this wrong?
Because we understood the chart and the fundamentals.
+215% gain since.

SILVER we brought you Silver at $24 in March 2024, told you to buy as much as you can, we transferred our Cash into Silver
And held for 18 months
The price then ran from $24 to $120 and this is a safe haven....beating the best Ai/Tech positions in the market.
We trimmed after its parabolic move and now starting to accumulate again after completing its ABC correction down to the 0.618 Fib support
You need a safe haven right now.
