if u are a newer trader never fall into the mindset that market conditions aren’t good enough to trade the best traders are built in the worst conditions and the worst traders are built in the easiest conditions this is why you see a lot of the old traders from the peak bull zeroing out from multi 7 figs and newer traders being the ones cooking

this is kinda yap but it’s something i’d like to make note of for myself too especially now since there is a new chain with people cooking 6-7f pnls it’s easy to lose your risk management or trade against your fundamentals to try and chase “the play”

it’s much easier to forgot about your risk management and trade aimlessly when focused primarily on making profit rather than learning and adapting

don’t limit yourself by aiming for x amount of money or pnl across any period of time aim to be the best trader you can possibly be and to take the best trades you possibly can while managing your risk and you’ll see improvement in pnl along time every action and every piece of information we absorb right now is just preparation for the bull - you must shift your mind to think more long term
