there will be days where the market pays you and days where it takes from you, the important part is that neither should meaningfully change how you approach the next

I am very grateful to have people around me who realise this and will call me out on it too, make sure you have a circle of friends who focus on improving each other by all means necessary

Also, the way we react to our mistakes is important too. I have had a very negative reaction to a loss recently and that is the last time I make a mistake like that again and have a negative response

There are many emotions with trading, we must chose to amplify those that are beneficial to us. A lot of people often preach that being emotional whilst trading is a huge negative
I agree to some extent, however being able to put attention on certain emotions can we widely benefit your trading and learning.
An example I'd give is by taking a bad/stupid trade - realising that you've made a mistake and then being disappointed in yourself.
The disappointment you feel can be advantageous if you use it towards improving and fixing the mistake you made that led you to this
I have much to learn and this is just a log to myself as I've given back a lot of pnl recently

Selfish, deceitful, and a liar. There's a saying that goes, "If you have a loaf of bread and kindly share half with a Jew, he won't be grateful; he'll be thinking about how to trick you out of your other loaf."
