I think I can stop here because I’ve grasped the fundamentals of Figma and can use the tool comfortably. At this point, the best way for me to keep learning is by actually doing projects. So I’ve decided to start a 30-day UI challenge.

I will be going to do 30 days ui challenge

This was great 🙌

Exams are here so won't post for 2 weeks 🙌

Love this song

So week 4 is here last week was not so great i'm revising what i have been learning so far but for week 4 👇 #Week4 — Design Systems & Style Consistency 🎨 This week’s all about building reusable design systems that make your work faster, cleaner, and more professional. Focus areas: Create text & color styles Build a mini design system (buttons, inputs, cards) Keep everything consistent using Auto Layout Goal: Design a simple dashboard UI using my own  design system.
“Design once. Reuse forever.” 💪

I saw a viral page on X and tried to recreate it. It’s not the best (’cause I was lazy 😅), but I learned a lot from it! How much would you rate it? 😁

#Week 3 Components & Design Systems Goal: Learn to design efficiently with reusable, scalable elements.   What I’ll Learn 1. Components:     Turn buttons, input fields, and nav bars into components.     Edit once, update everywhere — saves huge time. 2. Variants:    Create multiple states (e.g., default / hover / pressed / disabled).     Practice for both buttons and form inputs. 3. Design Tokens (Styles):     Set color styles, typography styles, and effects.     Learn to build consistency like real design systems (Material UI, Apple Human Interface Guidelines). 4. Design System Structure:     One page for: Colors / Typography / Components / Icons / Spacing.     Keep naming clear (e.g., Button/Primary/Default). Daily Plan Day 1: Learn  “Figma Components & Variants” Practice: Make a reusable button set (primary, secondary) Day 2: Create a typography system (H1, H2, Body, Caption). Assign consistent font sizes, line heights, and colors. Day 3: Build color styles for backgrounds, text, accents, and states. Learn about accessibility → use contrast checker (plugin: Contrast). Day 4: Combine components into a form system (input + button + error text). Add hover / focus variants. Day 5: Create a small UI kit: buttons, inputs, nav bar, cards. Use Auto Layout + variants for everything. Day 6–7: Mini Project: Design a “Login + Signup” page using only your components. Test: If i can update colors or fonts in your design system and see everything change automatically — i did it right. Plugins to Try Autoflow – connect components visually Contrast – check color accessibilitBatch Styler” – quickly adjust styles Design System Organizer – manage large systems End-of-Week Goal Have a small but polished design system file that includes: Colors Typography Buttons Inputs ,nav bar ,example ui screens .

# week 2 It’s been a packed week of classes, but I still managed to push through. This week, I tried designing a portfolio  built it brick by brick all by myself, no AI stuff. I know it’s not perfect, so any comments or suggestions would be really helpful!
