We want to personally thank The Celtic Connection for generously donating gifts for children and especially these two beautiful framed pieces to our Vetrnætr raffle! The funds raised through this raffle help the Sedian Heritage Foundation continue preserving our ancestral traditions, hosting gatherings, and building our community. It means a great deal to have people who believe in what we're doing and are willing to support it. Your generosity is sincerely appreciated! Strength Through Tradition.

2	For those who signed up for automatic donations on shfusa.org: The website has been fully switched to sedian.org. 3	+4 We are likely going to be doing a call to action to try to get donations for our nonprofit. We have two things we really want to try to get. One - we have an opportunity to buy a fully built axe throwing trailer. Likely around $2000 (worth 5-6k and he's donating the rest) Two - we need 3 more statues of the gods from the artist who made my first 3. That'll be around $1100 If anyone feels like helping please visit sedian.org and consider donating today!	682

10	Friday Night Sumbel Vetrnætr \| Friday, October 23 \| 8:30 PM On Friday evening, we will gather for Sumbel, a time to honor our gods, remember our ancestors, and strengthen the bonds of fellowship. Our Sumbel will be relatively informal, allowing everyone the opportunity to raise a toast, share stories, and enjoy the company of our folk. We will follow three rounds, each with its own purpose. Round 1: To the Gods Each participant may choose a personal or family god to honor. Raise a toast, offer praise, or share why that god holds significance to you or your family. Round 2: To the Ancestors Our second round will be dedicated to those who came before us. We encourage everyone to remember their ancestors by name, share stories of their lives, and recall deeds worthy of remembrance. Round 3: Open Toasts and Fellowship Our final round will be open to personal toasts, stories, and expressions of gratitude. Participants may honor family, friends, members of our community, or others whose deeds deserve recognition. We want this to be a time of joy, remembrance, and fellowship. We encourage everyone to come prepared to honor their families, ancestors, and gods!	728

18	October 23-25 2026 in the Black Hills! This year we are joining together to celebrate Dísablót! At Dísablót, we honor the Dísir, the ancestral mothers who watch over the family and its generations. The focus of the rite is the bjarg and nauðr, the helps and needs, expressed through fertility and infertility. Fertility is the help, bringing life, growth, prosperity, and the continuation of the family. Infertility is the need, where that life-giving power is absent and divine help is sought. We give thanks to the Dísir for what has been given and seek their aid for what is still needed, that our families and future generations may flourish.	1 608
