What is a degree in your thoughts?! To be honest, these days I don't think a degree means that a person has studied all the subjects mentioned on the document and that they can explain or understand every course written there and so on... because we know the reality! We know how often students attend lectures, how often lecturers prepare for the course, etc... (you know🌚) But the meaning of a degree for me is that the person has really survived cafe meals😁, has really met great people, especially if they had open-minded friends. They learned to survive, they learned that they need to make money and not only rely on their parents, they are inspired, and they are open to any opportunity. That is the meaning of a degree to me! I think you’re right, but you forgot one important part: learning to live with new people. 😂 Especially your dorm mates—living together, dealing with different personalities, and building compatibility is also part of the degree. But honestly, at ASTU, the hardest part is the sun. ☀️😭

What I liked most is hearing the real experiences behind the success. The lessons about leadership, business, Africa, and building for the long term are really valuable. Honestly, this one was cool. Quick Update on Minerva & Odyssey Hey everyone, quick update for those of you who worked on the Minerva or Odyssey tasks. AfterQuery said some contributors were added to these projects by mistake, so the assignments have now been removed from the dashboard. Unfortunately, the tasks and repositories we submitted won’t be counted toward the projects. Honestly, it’s pretty annoying 😕. A lot of us spent our time working on these tasks because they were showing up on our dashboards, only to find out later that the assignment was a mistake. They apologized and said they appreciate the effort, but yeah… it’s still frustrating. So if you see Minerva or Odyssey disappear from your dashboard, don’t worry — this is the reason.

The AI competition is getting interesting. Fable 5.1 is reportedly coming in the next few days. OpenAI’s next major model is also rumored to be coming soon. Anthropic vs OpenAI. The next few days could be interesting.
