🇺🇦🇵🇱More and more Ukrainians in Poland are returning home or moving further abroad — WNP In particular, Poland is seeing a downward trend in the number of Ukrainians in the labor market, with some returning home or relocating to Western European countries. To replace Ukrainians, Polish employers are increasingly recruiting workers from Asia and South America. Deloitte/UNHCR study found that the presence of Ukrainian refugees raised Poland’s real GDP by 1.5% in 2022, 2.3% in 2023 and 2.7% in 2024 – equivalent to an additional 98.7 billion zloty (€23.1 billion) in output.
