i was listening to we are the people by empire of the sun and i remembered seeing a video of an old performance to them in Coachella i think, when cameras weren’t a thing yet and the quality of that video was like 240p yet you could sense the joy of those people there, they were raising their hands like no tomorrow and living that moment to its fullest

i think we are as a society are more concerned with saving the moment rather than living it to the fullest

i remember watching no way home with my friends when i was 15 and here i am in my 20s ready to watch brand new day

it’s genuinely crazy to think it’s been 5 years since no way home was released
