🚀 Authentication vs Authorization Both are security concepts.  But they solve different problems. 1️⃣ Authentication (Who are you?) 🔐 Verifies the identity of a user. ➤ How: Username & password, OTP, biometrics, OAuth  ➤ Wins: Confirms user identity  ➤ Example: Logging into your account  Flow: User → Login → Server verifies credentials → Access granted 2️⃣ Authorization (What can you do?) 🛡 Determines what actions a user is allowed to perform. ➤ How: Roles, permissions, access control rules  ➤ Wins: Restricts access to resources  ➤ Example: Admin can delete users, normal user cannot  Flow: Authenticated user → Check role → Allow / Deny action 💡 Key Difference Authentication → Verifies identity  Authorization → Grants permissions  Authentication happens first.  Authorization happens after. @salimsirajofficial

Focus on what actually matters. I see a lot of freelancers spending months perfecting portfolio projects, working on countless designs, tweaking details again and again, trying to make everything look flawless. But from my experience, that’s not what gets you clients. Clients don’t care how many times you refined a project or how perfect it looks, they care about what you can actually do for them. And the biggest problem is, while you’re busy perfecting everything in private, most people don’t even know you exist. You’re not showing your work, not getting feedback, and not giving yourself a chance to be discovered. The truth is, visibility matters more than perfection. That doesn’t mean you should compromise your work quality, but the time and obsession you put into a project shouldn’t come at the cost of being invisible. You can do both by building and sharing in public, improving as you go. You can be highly skilled, better than many, but if no one sees your work, it won’t bring you opportunities. Meanwhile, someone less skilled but more consistent and visible is getting the clients you want. mindset shift #1 we grow to the number of projects we build not to the number of courses we take . i know you may herd this before that is where we need to start first in order to scape out the tutorial hell . instead of watching 4h + youtube course . after we understand the basic just go and build some thing with it and you will add on top of that the intermediate and advance concepts. this is what i do mostly ,first i try to list what are the 20% of the language that help me to understand 80% what is written by that language. after that doing projects that already built it might be video or like written codes. you can even ask chatgpt to list out for you top 10 projects in that language that take you from beginner to intermediate and then to advance. ya in the end we should have to choose projects that let us out from our comfort zone what do you think ?? #programersmindset @salimsirajofficial
