REPORT Overnight, Russia carried out a large-scale attack on the city of Izyum, Kharkiv Oblast, using at least 15 KAB glide-bombs and at least 3 long-range MLRS rockets equipped with cluster warheads. Large fires broke out following the strikes, and power outages were reported in some parts of the city. Most of the KABs impacted the eastern suburbs.
