REPORT In Kyiv, there is an increased threat to the northwestern and western suburbs for the next 90 minutes, where Russia has recently been conducting reconnaissance of potential targets. Among the potential targets are Antonov Aircraft Plant, the industrial zone adjacent to Zhulanyi Airport, and railway infrastructure in eastern Kyiv. Other areas will almost certainly be hit too. Additionally, there is a possible threat to Dnipro during the night. I have no information about other cities such as Zaporizhzhia, Kryvyi Rih, and Kremenchuk being hit, but there is always a possibility of this. They will enter Ukrainian airspace anytime in the next 45 minutes (its unclear exactly when they were launched). There is an increased threat of Iskander-M ballistic missile, Kn-23 ballistic missile, Zircon hypersonic cruise missile, and Oniks-M cruise missile launches to Kyiv for the next 90 minutes. Russia currently has around 30 Iskander-M/S-400 missiles, 12 Kn-23 ballistic missiles, and 8 Oniks-M/Zircon missiles ready for use in Bryansk, Rostov, Kursk, and Voronezh Oblasts.
