| 13 | WHEN WILL THE PRE-FLIP HAPPEN?
Many of you have been asking me the same question: When will the PRE-FLIP happen?
Today, I want to give you a clear answer.
The PRE-FLIP begins when XLM reaches $1. That is the MILESTONE we have been waiting for, and it marks the beginning of the next phase of our MISSION.
The signs are already here. The transition to the STELLAR BLOCKCHAIN is well underway. Every day, more INFRASTRUCTURE, more PROJECTS, and more ACTIVITY move toward this new foundation.

When I compare those trading levels with other digital assets such as XRP, I see that similar levels of activity have coincided with prices above $1.
Based on MY ANALYSIS, MY EXPERIENCE, and the indicators I have been following for years, I believe the PRE-FLIP is approaching rapidly.
