Over the past several days, we have experienced significantly higher demand than anticipated. While we have been actively scaling our infrastructure, hardware procurement and delivery times have been slower than expected due to current market conditions. We have been waiting for additional hardware to arrive at the datacenter so we can address many of the ongoing issues and improve overall service stability. At the same time, we have been upgrading our network, installing new hardware, and deploying additional servers. During this process, we encountered several unexpected issues that have impacted service availability. Our team is working around the clock to resolve these problems as quickly as possible. Our goal is to have all outstanding support tickets answered and affected servers restored by the end of today. We also want to apologize for not communicating sooner. We should have kept everyone better informed throughout this process, and we appreciate your patience while we work through these challenges. Update: We have managed to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, several factors contributed to the delay especially since it happened on a Sunday, when it was much harder to source everything needed. The recovery process took longer than expected, but we are now back up and running. Everything should start functioning normally again.
