This can be a Fair Value Gap (FVG) or Order Block. 🕯 Once price retraces to the POI, drop to a lower timeframe and wait for the following: 1️⃣Liquidity Sweep — price often takes out local equal highs or equal lows first to collect resting stop orders and trigger pending liquidity. This sweep is commonly used to fuel the actual move away from the POI. 2️⃣ Market Structure Shift Confirmed By Displacement Candle — a strong impulsive candle(s) shows institutional strength and confirms the change in order flow. 3️⃣ Entry Setup @ FVG Created By The Displacement Move — wait for price to retrace into the newly formed lower timeframe FVG for a precise entry. ❌ Stop loss above the liquidity sweep, since that is the invalidation point of the setup. 📊 Use the Monster Arrow plotted TP levels as potential profit targets. ⚠️ Sometimes the Monster Arrows Indicator may print a setup before the liquidity sweep happens. Entering too early can result in getting stop hunted before the actual move begins — which is why HTF bias + liquidity confirmation should come first.
