IMPORTANT QUESTIONS FOR LAW-ABIDING CITIZENS: 1) Do the democracies of the world still believe in the idea of innocent until proven guilty? I've spent half a decade in and out of jail, locked in my house, all of my cars and wealth seized without ever being convicted of a crime. In fact, I haven’t even had a trial - ever. I have zero criminal record. I have followed every single judicial proceeding. I have broken ZERO rules. I am 5 years into this process and every year has been a punishment. 2) With this in mind, why am I in jail at all? There has been zero evidence of any kind submitted by the British state. No medical records, no video, no NAMES OF VICTIMS, no locations, no dates, nothing. Just an accusation. “Andrew raped someone in 2015 jail please”. Is this sane? Is this America? Is this probable cause? 3) If I’m to be in jail, why am I in the SHU? I've been nothing but respectful to everybody from the Marshals who arrested me to the prison guards. I have a perfect record of compliance with all levels of law enforcement and judicial authorities in every single nation. They say I must be in SHU because I’m famous. So I must be in punitive conditions with people who attack correctional officers, murdered their own children and cannibals - because I’m famous? Why? 4) Why have I had zero phone calls? My family hasn’t heard my voice in almost a month. You do not have to like me to understand what’s happening to me is wrong. Everybody is interested in my cases not because I am a famous man accused of sexual assault, this happens all day every day and nobody cares. Everyone watches my case because any thinking person intrinsically understands that something isn’t right here. That something strange is going on. People can feel that there is a deeper story which is not being told. It is the story I told on the Jack Neel podcast, I am being set up and punished harshly, my life ruined, before any conviction. Most men cannot survive 5 years of having all of their money in every single bank account stolen, thrown in and out of jail at random, locked in their house at random and never given a trial. How do you work? How do you see your kids? HOW DO YOU LIVE? I have a large voice so I can highlight the insanity of what’s happening to me. But if they can do this to me, they can do this to you. Do you have enough money to survive a half a decade onslaught of being unable to work with every single thing you own and penny you have seized? Do you have a large enough voice to make people care about your plight? You don’t have to like me to understand that if you let them do this to me - in broad daylight - in front of everybody. It's going to be much worse when they come for you.

You can also commit injustice by doing nothing.

Everyone in the prison was cheering and shouting along with the guys outside yesterday. As people marched and did pushups, the cell next door to me said “Tate, this for you? The Matrix operates in the dark. Like cockroaches, they exist in the cracks and hide from the light. The cracks they are hoping for are subjectivity, nuance, interpretation and possibility. They attack hard facts with endless maybes until the point where facts lose all power, this is the plague of the modern world. Something as simple as “what is a woman” is now open to endless debate of subjectivity. What if she can’t have kids? What if he has his dick chopped off is it a woman then? What if she started hormone blockers at 8 years old? The list is endless. The system fears hard facts. They fear men who use direct talk. They fear things said without subjectivity as it provides no cracks for the cockroaches to hide within and no angles of attack. Do not support me with the following language: “I don’t know if he did it or not BUT I think it's strange that this is happening…” THIS IS WHAT THEY WANT. They want the maybe, they want the possibility, they want the crack to hide within. It's better you say nothing at all if this is how you feel and talk. You are helping them. This is how adult men speak: THIS IS A SETUP. HE IS BEING FRAMED. TATE IS BEING SET UP. I became the most famous man in the world and the enemy of these people by speaking DIRECTLY. Whenever I’ve defended anybody I do it absolutely and directly as a matter of certainty. I speak in absolutes. Everyone knows I’m innocent including the people talking like a little girl saying “Well I dunno if he did it but we will see but” You would say nothing at all if you thought I was guilty. You're just afraid to talk like a man and afraid of having an opinion you can’t instantly run away from like a coward. If you’re not sure enough to defend me properly, say nothing. Half supportive garbage you can throw away in the future because you get bot attacked by liberal NGOs is no use to this fight. This is a SETUP. The whole world KNOWS it’s a setup. There isn’t a single real person who thinks I’m guilty, it's all bots and The Matrix. EVERYONE knows I’m innocent. Which is why THE WHOLE WORLD is watching.
