Right eye Oedematous area Localized Hyperemic area Localized subconjunctival hemorrhage Conjunctival flap is seen clearly Left eye Normal The doctor reassure the patient everything is OK , but still in follow-up

د.إبراهيم الوزير Case 4 A 6 years old child came to eye clinic with his mother , she bring him for retina assessment as he was diagnosed by congenital retinopathy. Our findings Bilateraly were ... Nystagmus " horizontal " Pupil is relatively reactive Eye ball is relatively larger We noted that blue sclera From the history we note that , the mother has 6  children , 2 of them are male and they have the same problem both , she is married from her mother's brother's son , consungaunity is confirmed ,the doctor conclude that it is a specific congenital case , because no findings met with our experience in ophthalmology clinic . Fundoscopy is requested IOP measurement is requested OCT is requested

د.إبراهيم الوزير Case 3 A 9 years old child came to eye clinic with his grandfather for left eye assessment, the grandfather said that the child recently can not see well and his eye became more white , the child had a problem in the other eye at 8th month after birth, with no infection history , but the eye became disfiguring and protrude outward , then the remove it surgically, now they need a conservative fixing for the left eye problem. Right eye Artifical eye Past enoculation history Blind eye surely Left eye Leukoma adherent Pannus membrane Iris is whitish brown and disfigured Corneal opacity is prominent The most likely diagnosis is congenital Better's anomaly because it happened Bilateraly ,but our findings deny some features of the anomaly , it is a very rare case especially with this condition.

د.إبراهيم الوزير Case 2 A 70 years old man came to eye clinic for an ophthalmic report for him as a blind man in one eye , he needs this report for charatble organization support , the patient has a history of controlled diabetes mellitus . Right eye Pupillary light reflex is still reactive Fundoscopy show diabetic retinopathy and Optic disc atrophy Left eye Pupillary light reflex is reactive Hypermature senile cataract The patient says he doesn't see light anything at all , but the pupil is still reactive, he was malingering ,but the doctor knows his Poverty situation and doesn't say anything to him , so he completed his report successfully.

Right eye Painless , non tender swelling , midway away from the lower eyelid margin, movable , firm (not hard ) swelling . Left eye Normal Diagnosis is Chalazion
