Cold Air Battering Ram being reinforced and adjusted to hit The Hurricanes Path
Jet Stream / Hurricane Tail Expansion along Northern Edge of The Hurricanes Tail - Drawing North the Hurricane
Hurricane is appearing to be Guided over that area intentionally - Hurricanes also moving further inland than it was yesterday

If you pay attention this is Jet Stream Expansion of The Hurricanes Tail - By Expanding The Tail they essentially draw the Hurricane along the path

Hurricane slated to turn Tropical Storm on the FL-AL border(meaning its still a hurricane up to that point) - Right after it crosses the Maglev Tunnels that we see on The DUMB Map - IF YOU LIVE ON THAT LINE - I'd encourage you to buckle up - You May Be In The Crosshairs of a War Op
Southern Pacific Tropical Storm & Vortex most likely them teeing up the next Moisture Consolidator for the next Moisture Syphon - after they ram The Hurricane in The Gulf

Sept.28 they set the stage by pulling in a ton of moisture with a couple of Moisture Syphons
Sept.29 The Phoenix Operation takes shape when they initiate the First Vortex & Head Of The Phoenix around AZ-NM - then again a few days later around OK-KS
Then when The Vortex & Moisture Consolidator gets too far north they slam into it with The Westcoast Battering Ram (round IA go figure lol) and Laid Down the Jet Stream that The Vortex / Head of The Phoenix / Moisture Consolidator was feeding
Laid The Jet Stream Down and Swept Rain across the entire Eastern Half of The United States - fucking well done
Oct.6 The Phoenix Operation makes its exit and the Skies Are Clear over Most Of The Country - giving perfect conditions for crop harvests
