It's bugle being almost a defining characteristic of the mountains and valleys of the western United States through September and October, the elk is a majestic member of the
deer family, once ubiquitous across almost all of North America. Four subspecies of elk currently inhabit North America: the Tule elk, Roosevelt elk, Rocky Mountain elk, and the Manitoban elk. However, the Eastern elk went extinct in the late 19th century due to over-hunting. Efforts to reintroduce elk to the eastern United States began in the late 1990's, and populations of Manitoban elk and Rocky Mountain elk were used to establish a now stable and growing population in Kentucky, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.

Fuck no it isn't, literally just walk.
You know how Marine recruits lose crazy amount of weight in Phase 1 of Recruit Training? They fucking march around MCRD San Diego or Paris Island for hours a day. In like 4 weeks you'll see dudes lose like 25-30 pounds and that's mostly just walking and eating 3 meals a day where they aren't eating Walmart-American sized portions. You can just start at your front door and walk around your block for an hour or walk 30 minutes out and then turn around and walk back, it's literally that easy.
Your body is something that is quite literally something you have complete control over, it is how you are perceived by the world and you can't expect anyone to take you serious if you can't take yourself serious. Effort plus time will get you results.
