السؤال : كيف تكون السنة في مسح الرأس بالنسبة للمرأة إذا كان على رأسها خمار ؟ الجواب : الأولى أن تمسح أول شعرها، ثم تمسح على الخمار إذا كان خمارها مشدودا، ولو أن الخمار كان مغط للرأس كله فالراجح أنها إذا مسحت على الخمار فإن مسحها صحيح، لكن الأحسن أن تمسح على بعض الرأس، على بعض الشعر في مقدمة الرأس ثم تمسح على الخمار بشرط أن يكون الخمار مشدودا فيه مشقة في نزعه، أما إذا كان محلولا فإنها ترفعه وتمسح من تحته. Question: How should a woman follow the Sunnah in wiping her head during wudu if she is wearing a khimar (headcover)? Answer: It is preferable for her to wipe the front part of her hair, then wipe over the khimar if the khimar is tightly wrapped. If the khimar completely covers her head, the stronger opinion is that if she wipes over the khimar, her wiping is valid. However, it is better for her to wipe part of the hair at the front of her head, then wipe over the khimar, on the condition that the khimar is tightly wrapped and there is difficulty in removing it. السؤال : ظهرت بين النساء معالجات بالشعر، وهذه المعالجات فيها مادة تغلف الشعر واختلف الأخصائيون هل تعزل الماء أو لا، ما حكم استعمال هذه المعالجات؟ وما هو المطلوب شرعا في الغسل في غسل الشعر ؟ الجواب : إن كانت المعالجات من المواد الجائزة فلا حرج، فإذا كان هذا المعالج يسبب طبقة عازلة فوق الشعر، فإن كان هذا للعلاج الذي يحتاج إليه فإنه لا حرج في ذلك ويمسح فوقه كما يمسح على الجبيرة وعلى الخمار، أما إذا كان ذلك من باب التزيين فالأقرب والله أَعْلَمُ أنه لا يجوز وضعه على الرأس إذا كان يكون طبقة عازلة على الشعر. Question: Treatments for hair have appeared among women, and these treatments involve a substance that coats the hair. Specialists have differed regarding whether it prevents water from reaching the hair or not. What is the ruling on using these treatments? And what is required Islamically in ghusl regarding washing the hair? Answer: If these treatments consist of permissible substances, then there is no harm. If the treatment causes a barrier layer over the hair and it is for a necessary medical reason, there is no harm in that, and one may wipe over it, just as one wipes over a splint or a khimar (headcover). However, if it is for beautification purposes, the closer opinion—and Allah knows best—is that it is not permissible to apply it to the head if it forms a barrier over the hair.
