🚨 PROPERTY PLATFORM UPDATE Hello EstateX family, Graham wants to give you a quick update on what we’ve been working on with the property platform. Currently, we’re switching out the KYC provider because of efficiency purposes. That means we have to go back in the code and rewrite some of the onboarding flow process according to the API’s of the new payment provider. Additionally we are adding proof of address verification to make sure we’re 100% compliant. That means some extra development, as next to the original onboarding flow we need to add an extra step. We estimate this all to be done, including testing, and the property to go live approx third week of June. Promotions will start in June. This is subject to change, and the timeline as we know it today. 🚨 ESTATEX UNIVERSITY AND BUYBACKS In the meantime, we continue with doing small, dca style buybacks. We currently have almost 2m tokens in the buyback wallet. We expect to grow this in the coming weeks significantly. In the meantime we surpassed $200k being deployed in our new models, with up to $550k in the coming time. This means that our revenue is increasing. We get a payout once a month on this model. So with just 20 people, we are increasing revenue significantly now. In the short term, this will not stop. We look forward to what the results will be when more funds are deployed and this opens up to hundreds of people. Whatever happens, this team will keep grinding. The first modules are now being recorded for EstateX University. Several, high profile tutors have committed to EstateX University. These will be announced before release in Q3.

🚨 Buybacks Update Additionally, the small, DCA style buybacks as voted on by the community, have started. The Unicorn Members overwhelmingly voted for smaller, DCA style buybacks to increase liquidity and not force pumps for selloffs. With just 20 people and $100k in the new model, we expect to buy tokens needed for Gold Unicorn level until the next payout. With the next payout, we expect DCA style buys to increase. With the current level, buybacks will be a couple hundred dollars each. We have secured over $550k for the model so far to be deployed the coming time. What happens when that capital is deployed, and the model opens up publicly? If the math pulls through and revenue is sustained at the current ratio level, DCA style buybacks increase from couple hundred each to atleast a fivefold of that per buy.

We have crossed $100k in the model with the first beta users. Yesterday I have had meetings, with another $400k being committed to the model of outside investors in the next weeks. I have more meetings in the upcoming days for similar amounts with my private investor networks. Furthermore we expect a first buyback from the revenue made of the new property launch this month. We are nearing a date we can announce and the subsequent promotion of the property launch will follow. The question to the Unicorn Club is outstanding: do you prefer bigger and less quantity of buys with the buybacks, or do you prefer smaller amounts with higher quantity?

As mentioned, last thing left is the integration of the new KYC program for the platform. The issues have been resolved and we are getting final sandbox access next week. After that its implementation and the final test runs and we’re ready to go. The property offering is ready and selected. It outperforms regular real estate investments by a long shot. 🚨 NEW MODEL IN BETA The new model we are releasing is in Beta with the gold unicorns. Gold unicorn members are actively participating and actual revenue is being made. We will share more with the regular unicorn club once we have a date for the property platform, likely next week.

Legal framework finished, new assets sorted and tech almost done. As promised you would get the remainder of last weeks AMA. We’ve been planning it for this week, but unfortunately Graham got sick and we are rescheduling it for upcoming Monday, 5pm UTC. The final tech is being implemented by Graham and team for the legal framework, and we are 100% ready to go by the end of this month. This means we’re almost completely ready to go with property sales, new legal framework and thus utility inflow. Not only reservations, but all property offerings are going live with payments. Our execution phase has started, and despite the hiccups in the journey the team will continue to build. The exact date will be announced by Graham during upcoming AMA. Also happening: a group call on the 14th of April with all Gold & Diamond Unicorn Club members, where I will give a presentation about what’s coming in the next months, and a surprise we’ve been working on for a very long time that is going to be big, with promising utility inflow for the token.
