Did You Know? – Your Browser Is a Mini Operating SystemModern browsers like Chrome and Firefox do far more than just display web pages. They manage memory, run isolated processes for each tab, and even execute compiled code through WebAssembly. In fact, browsers today rival full operating systems in complexity — balancing performance, security, and reliability all at once. Linkedin │ Telegram | Website | YouTube #Nexustutorial

🎉 Special Session for the Front-End Team! (Batch-3) 🎉Yesterday, our Front-End Team had a special session focused on the design side of development. As we know, being a front-end developer isn’t just about turning designs into code — it’s about understanding design principles that make interfaces functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing. We were honored to host Natnael, a UI/UX Designer with over 2 years of experience, who shared invaluable insights with the Nexus Tutorial Front-End Team. During the session, Natnael Ashebir covered key topics under the CHATS Design Principles: 👉 C – Color 👉 H – Hierarchy 👉 A – Alignment 👉 T – Typography 👉 S – Spacing 🙏 A big thank you to Natnael Ashebir for taking the time to share his experience and knowledge with our team — your insights were truly valuable and inspiring! 🔗 Join his Telegram channel @Natyiu0 and @designguru01 where he shares more tips and resources on UI/UX Design. Did You Know? – Backend Powers ScaleWhen Netflix streams 250+ million hours daily, it’s not the frontend doing the heavy lifting—it’s the backend. Through distributed microservices, load balancing, and data centers spread across the globe, the backend ensures millions of users can stream in real time without crashing the system. Did You Know? – Loading Speed MattersA delay of just one second in page load can reduce conversions by up to 7%. This is often not just a frontend problem—backend processes like inefficient queries, unoptimized servers, or poor caching strategies can slow down the response time. In high-traffic platforms,
every millisecond counts.

Repost from The Kaleidoscope
Hey Enthusiasts,
A while ago I worked on my portfolio and it has a 'Contact Me' form where people can send their name, email, and a short message. (Still waiting on my first message 🙏).
I used EmailJS - a powerful tool but the free version only allows 200 emails per month. It is good enough for people like me who get messages rarely, I guess🚶♀️.
Then, while teaching the 3rd batch of Nexus Beginner Frontend, I gave the class an HTML project. In the form section, even though I hadn’t taught them this part, some students added a library that enables form submissions via email without any JavaScript. (Shout-out to Hewan, learning from your students is Real)
The library is FormSubmit
“Connect your form to our form endpoint and we’ll email you the submissions. No PHP, JavaScript, or backend code required.”All you need is:
<form action="https://formsubmit.co/your@email.com" method="POST">
<input type="text" name="name" required>
<input type="email" name="email" required>
<button type="submit">Send</button>
</form>
It’s simple, free, and worth checking out.
Comparisons with EmailJS (with the help of GPT ofc):
FormSubmit.co
- Best for simple contact forms with no fancy design or attachments.
- Zero backend, minimal code.
- Works well for low to moderate volume.
- No analytics or templating — just straight email forwarding.
- Minimal cost and maintenance.
EmailJS
- Good when you need attachments or dynamic email content.
- Supports workflows and templates.
- Scales better for moderate to high usage.
- Lets you control which email service you send through (SMTP / transactional provider).
- Provides tracking, history, and integrations.
Worth a try!
If you knew it earlier, go easy on Me 🚶♀️
