5	+4 I was back at Jazz Coffee this Saturday and it was such a blast! It’s been a little while, but I had the absolute best time. And can I just say the band was incredible? man like i cant express their greatness enough. They were just fabulous! If you get the chance to see them, you seriously should not miss it, I promise! Oh, and I totally forgot to take a pic of the painting when it was done, so I had to ask a friend to take one for me 😅😅. I am so happy for the person who got to take it home!	103

12	you don't have to copy anyone, eshi!! being yourself and being authentic is one of the most beautiful things about you for the longest time, i used to look at my paintings and feel like maybe i should be doing things differently..... i paint in this realistic style, but not quite photorealistic, and my work has these little quirks and imperfections. and for a while, i thought maybe i needed to be more like everyone else. more conceptual, more abstract, more contemporary, you know? like maybe that was the direction i needed to go to be taken seriously as an artist but today, i came to this realisation that the very things i used to question about my work are the things that make it mine...... the little differences, the way i paint, the things i do without even realising uk..... i spent so much time looking at what other people were doing and wondering if i should be more like them, when maybe i should've been paying more attention to the things that make my own work different in the first place. so i just want to say this to y'all: be yourselves! be authentic! keep learning, keep growing, keep getting better, but don't lose yourself trying to become someone else don't be so afraid that what you're making isn't good enough that you stop letting it be yours you don't have to be like everyone else. you don't have to have it all figured out. and you don't have to change everything about yourself just because someone else is doing something differently your diffrence and uniqueness is what matters more than anything love yall🙃	189

17	A FINANCIAL EMERGENCY OF GREAT CULTURAL IMPORTANCE sooo last week i saw this sculpture and i fear i have developed an attachment to it. like i actually want to buy it. REALLY BADLY. now the problem is that the sculpture costs 90,000 birr and unfortunately my bank account is not supporting my dreams at this time so naturally, i have decided to come here 😭🙏 i am asking you people to help me make what is objectively a terrible financial decision because apparently being an artist wasn't expensive enough already. any contribution towards bringing this sculpture home is appreciated. even if it's 10 birr. we are fighting for our lives here 😭😭 please help a fellow artist acquire something he absolutely does not need but has decided he cannot live without. thank you for your service 🫡❤️ ps. i have been trying to open a gofundme for this for the past week but no one is accepting😭😂	165
