Being honest with yourself goes a long way. Sometimes it is the hardest thing to endure, let alone start because we do not want to admit to our flaws or think that what we did was a mistake (even if it isn't), etc. The ability to grow as a person lies in your hands, not someone else's.

Life goes on regardless of whatever happens, no matter how hard or tough things get, or how heart wrenching a decision is, life moves on. Can't be left behind while things go forward.

The dichotomy of metabolism: Had a friend tell me that he cant gain weight due to his metabolism. This is the same guy who ate 3k calories and then added 1k calories worth of desert onto it. Now, from MY point of view, this man has the gift I want 😭 I gain like 10kgs from breathing alone🥀
