🌱 HOPE LIVES HERE
A Community
Conversation on Mental Health, Support & Suicide Prevention
On 15 September 2026, we are creating a space to talk about what is often left unspoken mental health, suicide prevention, stress, depression, family struggles, abuse, and the importance of seeking support.
Our conversation will particularly focus on children and youth, women and mothers, refugee and IDP women and girls, men, families and communities.
We will explore three important themes:
1. Understanding the Pain
2. Breaking the Silence
3. Building Hope & Support

🌸 HER VOICE, HER POWER — A Conversation That Matters
We brought women together for a meaningful and inspiring conversation around voice, confidence, leadership, and impact.
From finding and owning our voices, to recognizing our power and turning our ideas into action, the session reminded us that every woman has a story worth sharing and a voice capable of creating change.
A heartfelt thank you to our amazing speakers, participants, and everyone who contributed to making this gathering possible. 🤍
Special appreciation to Zhema Media & Promotion for co-organizing and supporting this initiative, alongside HERCHILD AFRICA INITIATIVE.
This is only the beginning. ✨
Her Voice. Her Power. Her Impact.

Human Rights Are Not Just Principles — They Are Our Responsibility.
Every voice matters. Every person deserves dignity, equality, freedom, and justice.
As we engage in the Pan-African Women’s Rights Series, let us remember that advancing women’s rights is not a women-only responsibility—it is a human rights responsibility and a shared African responsibility.
Let us move beyond simply knowing our rights to defending them, promoting them, and creating spaces where every woman and every person can live with dignity and opportunity.
Know your rights. Raise your voice. Stand for justice. Empower others.
Together, let us turn human rights from words on paper into realities in people’s lives.
Our rights. Our voices. Our responsibility. Our Africa. 🌍✊🏿
