Many young people I meet are stressed out wanting to bag in as many “yes” as possible - whether it’s In their job interviews, exams or achievements. It is ok to get “no” sometimes - it is part of the richness of life. Getting back up, dusting yourself off is what matters. “yes” may sparkles with promise and opportunity , however, to me “no”is a guiding force - a time for introspection. “No” may mean I am not ready yet, “no” may mean it’s not for me. It’s ok to have “no” in life. Rejections are not dead ends but opportunities to reassess, improve, and persevere. Each “no” carries valuable lessons, paving the way for growth. Don’t let your ‘no’ moments go to waste. My “no,” moments paved my path. So, let us celebrate the power of “no” as a beacon of growth and the unwavering pursuit of a life well-lived.
