A decision from decades ago dealing with the powers of federal agencies using vaguely worded laws and courts having to use the interpretations of the federal agencies enforcing those laws only.
Most people arrested in the movement are arrested due to vaguely worded laws that the FBI and others simply redefine at will to charge people like us. Without Chevron, as it's likely being repealed, this significantly removes JTTF power to arrest movement individuals and allows us a lot more breathing room.
The case should be finalized within a month or so.
