The deceased woman had received breast enlargement surgery and subsequently passed away. During the surgery, she was administered Ketamine, despite already taking Amiodarone. Amiodarone is mainly used to treat angina and acute arrhythmias in patients, and can be administered orally or intravenously. Ketamine is utilized in controlled medical settings as a surgical anesthetic or pain reliever, and is given through an IV or IM injection. When combined, these two medications can lead to severe complications, particularly abnormal heart rhythms that may result in cardiac arrest. Sad affairs 🤡

Some backstory He was alive & talking when he left the scene & 1 of the 1st responders are talking to him in the photo. This looks like mostly soft tissue injuries & possibly damage to his left kidney & part of his large intestine. Even if it hit his spine (though it looks as though it missed), the biggest concern at that level would be paralysis.
