Fix Whatsapp call notification in CN ROM

Add blur background on Media player on the notification shade and lock screen
(version 2.2, only smali)

Changelogs:
- Fix crash issue on the latest hyperos base. Now it works fine on both old and new bases.
- Add support for android 13.
