Notcoin and @Whale have become partners!
Right after Notcoin's listing, the first major collaboration was announced: Notcoin is now available as a payment method on the @Whale platform.
Users can top up their accounts, use the coins for gaming, and withdraw winnings in NOT cryptocurrency.
@Whale and NOT had a strong relationship even during the mining phase: notably, the Whale squad ranked high in the "battle royale" by Notcoin.

Heard about .tg domains?
The biggest TON projects (Wallet.tg, Ton.tg, and Whale.tg) are now accessible via links ending in .tg.
This is a super convenient feature that allows users to easily dive into the TON world, using simple links like wallet.tg instead of the bulky old t.me/something_something links.
Currently, .tg domains are mainly used by projects close to Telegram, but it feels like this new format will become the standard for all TON-based projects.
At first glance, it may seem minor, but it's a significant step towards users. Think about it: if you want to share a link to your favorite project with a friend, you no longer need to go to the channel and copy a lengthy link from the description.
You simply write the project's name and add .tg at the end.

User accidentally sells NFT worth 400 TON for just 3 TON
A funny incident occurred in the ecosystem: a user decided to sell their NFT valued at 400 TON ($2,200) on the Getgems marketplace, but for some reason (probably by mistake), they listed it at just 3 TON.
Another user with very quick fingers managed to snap up the animated golden whale NFT from the Whale collection for a mere pittance — those same 3 Toncoins 🤷♂️
Be careful with your assets, friends! What's lost on the blockchain is almost impossible to retrieve.

The payment gateway CryptoChill has supported Toncoin.
As crypto continues to conquer the world, more services are emerging to bridge the gap between the blockchain realm and the traditional world.

DeWallet is a non-custodial wallet accessible as a mini-app within Telegram.
There are many non-custodial wallets based on TON, but almost none of them can be launched directly in Telegram.
The only exception is the TON Space wallet by the creators of @wallet, which can be launched via the messenger interface in the "settings" section.
We've repeatedly emphasized that the Telegram Mini Apps platform will be a key driver of TON ecosystem growth because these mini-apps are easy to use, intuitive, and don’t require downloading.
Now, there's another wallet available directly in Telegram, named DeWallet. Its features:
▪️ Can be launched from any device with Telegram installed.
▪️ Protected by a PIN code (in case you lose your phone).
▪️ Will soon add support for new tokens and provide staking mechanics.

Telegram has officially launched a monetization program for channel owners.
Details:
- Channel owners can now receive 50% of the revenue from advertisements run in their communities.
However, there's some ambiguity in the wording: it's stated that channel admins with 1000+ subscribers can, not will, receive rewards.
- Rewards (paid in TON) can be withdrawn without a fee or used to pay for advertising in Telegram, collectible addresses, or Premium subscription giveaways.
- The Telegram team highlighted choosing the TON blockchain for its low fees, high transaction speed, and support for a record number of transactions per second.
- Channel owners can withdraw their earnings through Fragment.
Also, launching a campaign in Telegram Ads used to require a significant budget, but now any user can promote their bot or channel in Telegram with Toncoin and a minimal budget.
To start such an ad, one needs to access the Telegram advertising platform.
However, this doesn't entirely apply to several countries : TON-based ads aren't shown to users in several countries, including Russia, Ukraine, Palestine, and Israel.
Still, the opportunity itself is great and undoubtedly brings TON and Toncoin closer to acceptance and popularity.

What is Liquid Staking?
Since the official channel released a compilation of services for liquid staking on TON, let's break down what it is in very simple terms.
What is staking in general?
It’s like a bank deposit in the crypto world. You put your cryptocurrency into staking (place a deposit) for a certain annual percentage yield. You don’t have to do anything else: your coins are staked, and you earn income from them. It's similar to having a ruble deposit in Sberbank, but with crypto instead of rubles.🙂
There’s fixed staking, for instance, for 30 days, 180 days, 360 days, etc. Typically, you can't withdraw your coins from fixed staking until the end of the term.
There’s also flexible staking, where you can withdraw your coins at any time (but usually, the yield on flexible staking is significantly lower).
What is liquid staking?
It’s an enhanced version of traditional staking. When you deposit coins (say, 100 TON), you receive other coins in return (for example, 100 stTON).
And these stTON coins can be used just like regular TON: you can trade them on exchanges, send them to other users, and even put them in other stakings😂
In essence, liquid staking makes interacting with DeFi more flexible — besides earning a return on the deposited 100 TON, you can also place stTON somewhere else and earn with them too.
