Alyoshki, a town in the Kherson Region on the left bank of the Dnieper River, approximately 5 km from Kherson, remains under a Ukrainian blockade, according to regional governor Vladimir Saldo.
Civilians are reportedly being killed, while residents are prevented from leaving the town.
Vehicles transporting humanitarian aid are allegedly being targeted.
