🧠 ليش ننسى المعلومة رغم إننا ذاكرناها؟
لأن قراءة المعلومة أكثر من مرة ممكن تعطينا إحساس أننا حافظينها، لكن هذا مو دائمًا يعني أننا نقدر نسترجعها وقت الاختبار.
عشان تتأكد من فهمك، جرب بعد ما تخلص جزء من المذاكرة:
اكتب او اشرح اللي تتذكره بدون ما ترجع له.
بعدها راجع وشوف وش فاتك 👀
هذه الطريقة تسمى الاسترجاع النشط (Active Recall)
و تكون مذاكرتك اقرب لطريقة استخدامك للمعلومة في الاختبار 📚🙇🏻♀️
و الأفضل؟ جرب تشرح اللي ذاكرته لشخص معك؛ انت تثبت فهمك، وهو يستفيد معك 🤝🏻.
